STREAMING VIDEO DOES NOT CONTAIN CAPTIONS

I have upgraded to Audials One 2019 using Windows 7 desktop and the latest Firefox browser. When capturing a video stream from Amazon, I have the captions turned on in the stream and can see them.  However, the captions do not appear in the recorded video. Is there a way to make sure I get the captions when recording? If not, is there a way to add the captions after the recording is made?

  to have the captions included in the recordings, you will have to use the 'record from screen' feature.

  How do I call it up?  I have searched high and low throughout the Video Streaming and other subject areas.  However, I can't find the actual  'record from screen' feature! Any clues?  I have seen it appear and then disappear. Can I call it up? Sorry, but no.  

  Filled out requests....no response.  Gone to try to get support, a graphic that says that their server is down.  

  If anyone know how to call this "record from screen" function? Thanks!
