10 min recording limitations for Audials 2023 ?

Dear Friends, Until recently, my Audials2023 did not have any time limitations for recording. It seems that with the introduction of Audials2024, you have introduced a 10 minute time limit for video recordings. 

It seems unfair, as at the time of purchase there was no mention of this condition. As a "regular" buyer of Audials (I have bought already 3 previous versions), I would like to get an explanation for this abrupt change. I would like to hope that it is only a technical issue and not a legal one.

  I recently noticed that with the introduction of Audials2024, a 10-minute time limit for video recordings has been imposed, whereas Audials2023 did not have such limitations. https://www.catneedsbest.com/ As a consistent buyer of Audials, having purchased three previous versions, I am seeking clarification regarding this abrupt change. At the time of purchase, there was no indication of this new condition, and it appears unfair. I hope to receive an explanation and would like to believe that this limitation is due to technical reasons rather than legal constraints.

  Having the same issue; I have bought permanent version 2022 and 2023 - only to find out in 2024 that it is subscriptions? Joke.
