How Do I Revert Back to Normal Speed When Recording a Video?

I have the new 2024 Audials Ultra. This is running on a Medion Erazer Notebook X17805 with an intel i7 core 16GB of RAM. So it has plenty of processing power. I originally selected to record a film and a TV series at different times. When I record at double speed, the sound and film goes out of sync, but not every programme, every time. I cannot find the original setting to revert the recording speed back to normal real time speed. I have uninstalled to software and installed it again, hoping to get the option to record at different speeds again. But the option does not appear.  --  Does anyone have any ideas what to do please?

    when you hover over the source in the Start recording from, like amazon video or YouTube, there is an gear icon that appears, click on it. in the popup menu you will see SPEED setting.
