audials purchased in 0ct 2022

I purchased Audials in 2022. And it worked well. Ive had to format my p.c and reinstall everything. Now Audials shuts down at the splash screen.Redownloaded a fresh copy from this site.

Tried sending an error report and it doesn't seem to want to do this either.

So I tried the next version of audials 2023 and that works...So why one works, but the other does not  ?

Don't want to upgrade as about 2 weeks after purchasing the 2022 version, you brought out the 2023 version.
