What happend to just being able to put in a youtube URL and quickly get a recording made.  Now it literally plays the whole video including ads and other nonsense.  Can't tell where and what the hell is happening. Is it in a Queue?  Is it opening in a browser?  is it recording at all?  Is it doing the video or just the audio.  What a useless mess. The interface has always been a nightmare but now the entire thing is completely unusable.  Where is some REAL SUPPORT???

  I agree with you. I have gone back to Audials 2022, that at least does what I want.....

  I can't get Audials One 2023 to work at all now, so I'm going to try and go back to Audials One 2022 to see if THAT works and if THAT doesn't, try Audials Movie and if THAT doesn't work then it's bye bye Audials.

  Sad really, it was my 'go to' software and worked great until I upgraded my PC to a better one!

  I don't see the point, no matter what I do it just doesn't work anymore.

  If you can give me some advice on how to send my device specs I will send them on to support (by this, I don't mean the default specs but a more comprehensive spec so we can see if its the new pc).
