    Hello jzmerritt,

    If you are unsatisfied with Audials, then you should contact the vendor you purchased the product from for further assistance with refunds. Check in your purchase documents/invoice for information regarding the refund policy, or send to support@audials.com a copy of the email you received when you purchased the product, they will help you further.

    As an alternative to your suggestion, you COULD provide support.  I'd like to share a screenshot of how the software is stuck and not working.  Would you like to see it?

    The software vendor seems to have a third party selling it's product (Digital River) which appers to be located in the EU as well as the US. This info is not made evident on the Audials web site.

    and mention your order number, so that they can cancel the order.
