refund is my only option for support
There doesn't seem to be any recent support. I cannot get any streams to record, Hulu, Paramount Plus. I will likely invoke the money back guarantee and give up.

If you are unsatisfied with Audials, then you should contact the vendor you purchased the product from for further assistance with refunds. Check in your purchase documents/invoice for information regarding the refund policy, or send to support@audials.com a copy of the email you received when you purchased the product, they will help you further.
