Seit Tagen kann ich keine Musik laden. Bereits 2x alte Datei gelöscht und 2x neu aufge-

spielt. Resultat negativ.

  I purchased Audials 2022 as part of a Nero software suite.  I have activated the suite but Audials is not activated,  what do I need?

  Hello gglmn,

   

  just create a customer account in Audials and the software will be activated.

  I have a free account I created online.  How do I create a customer account?  I don't see that option when I select sign in.   When I use my free account credentials, I get an error message.   The program also shows a "Buy Now" button, so clearly it's not activated.

  Ist das Problem gelöst??

  Die Anmeldedaten hier im Forum sind die gleichen wie bei den Audials Programm.

  Schalte mal die Firewall aus oder nimm Audials im Antivirenprogramm als Ausnahme. 

   

  The problem is solved?? The login data here in the forum are the same as for the Audials program. Turn off the firewall or take Audials as an exception in the antivirus program.

  Apparently the Nero version does not actually work, and does not allow downloads.  So much for Nero'
