Netflix embedded subtitle out of sync
As title says subtitles are out of sync. In options, chosing to sync makes a srt file that has no subtitles. What is sync? I've read the instructions in latest email.

in order to investigate the reported issue, you should contact the support department at support@audials.com. Provide there details about your Netflix movie, which method have you used for the recording of the subtitles (none of those subtitles recording method does not bring you the subtitles properly?), used browser, in which language is the movie and in which language have you set the subtitles to be recorded? -
Subtitling companies often get a copy of the film script, but this isn't always what's filmed. There can be small changes as actors may change or improvise dialog. However more common is if the language is not original in the film, one company may be making subtitles, the other recording the dialog

Have you tried manually adjusting the subtitle timing using VLC or another media player? Sometimes that can help sync them up properly.
