recorded videos deleted / missing
Had at least 3 different options to upgrade - no answer to differences. I upgraded anyway, and audials 2023 left audials 2022 installation alone, I thought. BUT - all my recorded videos disappeared - I did not change my storage location, and all my videos from audials 2022 do not appear from within audials 2022 nor from within audials 2023, nor in the storage area when examining with windows explorer - they were somehow deleted completely. And, I recorded 4 YouTube videos with audials 2023, then closed audials 2023. When I closed audials 2023, all four were listed as saved. When I reopened audials 2023, all four were missing, and were not in the audials 2023 storage locaction. What is going on?
PS - I did a search for all wmv files on my disk - they are all gone.

from a previous Audials version you can now upgrade either to a 1 year license or permanent license:

I have installed on my system several Audials versions (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023) and could not reproduce your reported issue at all. All my recorded files can be found in the set storage location. Have you left the default storage location settings or you moved it elsewhere? If you can still reproduce this issue, you should sent the generated log files to support@audials.com for further investigations. -
I faced a similar problem when upgrading Audials and I found that manually checking the installation folders of both versions helped me locate the missing files. Ensure compatibility and consider reaching out to Audials support for a solution.
