IPhone MOV video Portrait

I have an IPhone video that was recorded in Portrait mode in MOV format.  I would like to convert it WMV format, but it keeps distorting it to wide screen. 

I read the prior comments and 1 person said they could enter a custom frame size.  I do not see that feature, is it in the 2022 Audials?
