recording from amazon music In Audials 2023

I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE 2023 AUDIALS.WHEN I AM RECORDING FROM AMAZON MUSIC SOME SONGS COME OUT FINE,OTHERS COME OUT CHOPPY SOUNDING.THIS JUST STARTED RECENTLY.I TRIED DELETING THE PROGRAM AND RE-INSTALLING,BUT I STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM.ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.

    Hello,

    we have run some tests and we could not reproduce this behavior. 
     
    In order to help you further, please send us the following details at our email address support@audials.com:
    - your Audials complete version number
    - your Amazon Music complete version number
    - used recording method: drag and drop or record while playing / normal or high speed?
    - used album/playlist link so that we can test with the same details
    - send us a few screenshots illustrating the steps you do and also illustrating the problem, leaving the entire desktop visible
    - send us a also all the generated log files. Please follow the instructions from here: start Audials as an admin > go to Audials Options > General Troubleshooting view > enable the extended logging > reproduce the problem again > close Audials > zip entire LOG folder and send it to us

    Same issue here. In addition, when I click on "download" after using the "copy link" function to record amazon music from the amazon windows app, amazon music shuts down, then restarts, then shuts down again immeidiately. Then all recordings show "skipped" in audials. Very frustrating. Using direct recording from the music app, which means it comes through the speakers on my PC, which I don't want all the time. Using most current version of Audials PC on Windows 11.

    Mirela Radu I am also experiencing the "choppy" noise when downloading certain songs from Amazon Music. An example song where this happens all the time for me, irrespective of whatever encoding format I choose, is: Sasha - Rabbitweed, on the album titled "The Xpander E.P" - see https://music.amazon.co.uk/albums/B08NPT12YB?trackAsin=B08NP1TM3Y&ref=dm_sh_b8a4-eb80-35fc-abc1-95f4b

    I am downloading at 5x speed (also tried 1x) and encoding at 320K MP3 (also tried WAV).

    I have captured a fresh set of logs for you, I will zip these up and email them to you at the above address.
