did not receive validation code for Audial 2022

    yes i have had the same issue just this morning.  paid for the upgrade to 2022 but I haven't even received any email confirmation of the purchase, let alone a key to upgrade or anything else.

    Yes, and me. Responded to a deal via email and although I received the confirmation email, I have still not received the activation code. Sent a Support Ticket, but have not had a reply. Anyone here got a reply from Audials?, Cheers, Steve

    After two days I finally received activation code on Audial 2022.

    They said they had problem with their system.

    In future I will be leery on purchasing from Digital River because there was no response for several days.

    Yes, mine arrived too. Gotta say, I've been using Digital River for over 25 years and this is the first time I've ever had a problem. Audials replied fairly quickly (in less than 24 hours) and explained the situation.

    Well looks like i'm not getting it at all.   The pending transaction has dropped off my credit card with nothing resembling an email or code or anything.  So that's that then.

    It appears I was mistaken - the pending transaction didn't actually drop off my card, it cleared.

    So I've paid for a piece of software I don't have

    Hi clemfandango, you should contact the Audials support department at support@audials.com, provide them your email address, invoice, and they can check much faster why you did not get yet your license key.
