How to delete list of downloaded files
How can I clear the list of downloads that shows in Audials window on the right side without deleting the actual media files themselves?

Do you refer to the smart lists like last 100 or last 1000? There is no option to delete those smart lists, because there are always listed the last 100 recorded files.
If you will delete a recorded file from there, it will be completely deleted from your storage location/system.
You could save the files elsewhere (for example on other partition/device) and afterwards remove them from Audials.
