Driver Manager Does Not Install

I am currently on Windows 11 through Parallels. I go to install the Virtual Sound Card and Virtual CD Burner, but they do not install. When I click the install button, I get a pop up to agree to allow them to be installed, then the driver window looks like it will go to install the drivers for a brief second and then flashes and it goes back to Install button.  It never actually installs.

  Madeinhb - has this been answered? Is there a solution? I am experiencing the same problem.
