Audials Movie 2023: Picture & sound shifted

I have noticed that most of my netflix recordings have a time shift in the picture and sound. Strangely enough, it worked for some, but the general case is: time delay. Of course it doesn't make any sense and the money is spent in vain. Is there a workaround for this?

My laptop is a so-called gaming laptop, so it is quite well equipped with 16 GB RAM, nvidia 1660i and a fast Intel chip.

I've tried both 1x and 2x speed, but unfortunately it doesn't make a difference.
