download a second time from tidal

I downloaded an album from Tidal.  During the replay it had 2 places where it was dead air for a couple seconds and then the playback would continue.  I decided to download the album again to see if the dead air was there again.  I can get as far as selecting the album for download, but when the download is hit all the tracks come up 'skipped' and nothing happens.  Anyone know how  can I download something for a second time?

  In order to help you further properly please send us the following details ( please contact us via email at support@audials.com ) :
  - your Audials complete version number
  - your Tidal complete version number
  - used recording method: drag and drop( normal, high, Hi Fi or Master ) / record while playing ?
  - send us the album/playlist link so that we can test with the same details
  - send us a few screenshots illustrating the steps you do and also illustrating the problem, leaving the entire desktop visible
