Subtitles jumping and flickering

When I record Netflix titles, using Netflix's subtitles, I find the subtitles flicker and jump, which is pretty annoying.

I'm running the latest Audials in Win8.1. I use the Chrome browser, because it doesn't record using the internal browser (I think using the internal one would fix a lot of my problems. When do you think they'll have that fixed?) I don't force it to record in 1080p, so it usually starts recording in 720 then drops down to 540 :( It seems the flicker will happen at any of those resolutions, but it didn't seem to when I was forcing 1080p--it just dropped frames from time to time.

  I experience the same problem since the latest update. Before, it helped to force the resolution to 1080p. It also didn't occur when in 980x640, but it now does at all resolutions.

  I also noticed that the problem was helped by 1080p, but then it dropped too many frames. I found the cure worse than the disease if you don't let Audials choose its own resolution. Since the latest update, I've opened another ticket and they say the devs are getting onto it.

  It sounds like a frustrating experience. Have you considered reaching out to Audials support for assistance? They might have some troubleshooting tips specific to their software.
