BBC iPlayer not detecting video

I'm trying to record downloaded videos from the iplayer app. I've tried both video record and batch recording, but without success.

I'm starting the app from the command line with the "--no-sandbox" command appended. When trying to record one video, it is never detected. Batch recording just shows a black screen. I have tried both with the app already open and having it closed.

It's the first time I've tried to record from something that wasn't a browser. Am I doing something wrong?

Windows 10
Audials version: 2022.0.243.0
BBC download player version: 2.13.9 (guessing from folder names)
