how to select DVD subtitle language

I'm using audials one 2020. In this case the DVD has Chinese audio and the choice of Chinese or English subtitles. When converting it records the Chinese subtitles; I'd like the English ones instead. Any way to do this?

  Hello,
  no, unfortunately this is not possible with Audials, you can not choose which subtitles to be recorded, for now it's only possible if you would use the record from screen feature which will record the video playback from your desktop and this way it will also record the subtitle overlay directly into the movie it self.

  Thanks, I tried handbrake and had some issues but VidCoder works well for this.
