Amazon Prime Bonus Content

I purchased Audials and am evaluating it during my 14 day return window. One of the things I would like to record are Amazon Bonus videos. No matter how I try, I cannot seem to record the bonus videos successfully. Normal Amazon videos record fine. Any suggestions?
