Audials 2022 not Caputuring Full Quality of AMAZON HD music

Hi there.

No matter what settings I use, it says the file recorded is 24 bit - 96kHz just like the file on amazon HD but when I analyze the file with spek, it only recorded up to 44.1kHz.  Please help!
