I have a new PC.

I have lost my License number for audials 2020.

I have license for Audiels 2020 nr. 6250887

Please send my License again.

  Hi Mogens Keld,

  the license key is something private and you have to ask for it directly to the support department at support@audials.com ... you have to provide them your email address/order number and they will send it to you per email. If they will provide it here, all the other users can see it and can also use it, then the key will get illegal.

  I had Audials 2021.  The upgrade came along so I upgraded.  I had the PC on and Audials 2022 loaded, was in the other room and heard a notification, checked it and it said my license was not valid and reverted to 2021.

  I purchased from here, what do I need to do to get 2022 back?

  Hi dlbrummels, it depends, you could for example try to re-enter your license key in Audials and see if the same message would still appear. If it does, contact the support department, they can check your license key and share with you if the key is indeed invalid or not and how you could change it in registry.
