Video only records in 512x288

I just bought Audials Movie 2022. I have tried recording amazon movie and tv show that is 4k but the program only records in 512x288. Recording method is internal, software says that is recommended.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

  I was able to figure out how to record netflix in 1080p but amazon only records in low quality. Netflix and Amazon does not have a drop down menu to change recording quality like on the webstie. Is that just false advertising or is there a setting I need to change in my player?

  Hi,

  Only from Youtube you can download videos in 4k format right now using Audials.

  The 1080p option is available only for Netflix, that option actually means "to force Netflix to play video in FullHD no matter how you want it played". But for Amazon or other source there is no way to influence the decision on which resolution to use. Amazon decides for itself when to record films in FullHD. But that's not because Audials did anything for it, just because Amazon decided to allow FullHD for some movies.

  Have you checked if there are any settings within Audials Movie 2022 to adjust the recording quality? It might be worth exploring the software options to see if there is a way to capture video in higher resolution.
