    Hi, you should contact also the Audials support department at support@audials.com, provide them your invoice, key you got from bestbuy and they will investigate this further, surely you will get your correct license key.

    Best Buy has no business selling this software on their website.  There are two verified purchase bad reviews with the same issue.  Best Buy's customer care is not equipped to resolve the issue so they just have the customer submit screen shots of the errors and say they will investigate in order to get you off the phone.

    Hi SpinksDV,
    the Audials marketing department was informed about BestBuy problem, they asked them to provide to the users the correct Audials 2022 installer and the valid key. If they won't do that, you should write also to the Audials support department at support@audials.com, provide them your invoice, key you got from bestbuy and they will investigate this further, surely you will get your correct installer and license key faster.
