    Hello,
in Audials Options > Video Streaming Recording > Cookies … [delete all], this will reset the internal browser

I love using the internal browser because Audials is running on my primary PC .  I can work while it is making a recording.

Can the cache affect recordings on the internal browser?  All I have ever used is the internal browser.  In the beginning it was pretty flawless.  Now, I am getting all kinds of unexplained issues with the recordings.

Can clearing the cache help with recording errors?

    Hi,

normally, the cache will not affect recordings, but it is worth trying to delete them.

If you have difficulties with the Video streaming, just contact the support team at support@audials.com.

Andrea, in the latest Audials 2024 (May 2024), this does not clear the internal browser cache for the login cookies for Starz.  When Audials opens Starz, the loading spinner just spins.  It will not present a login window.  The behavior was the same for Firefox, Chrome and Edge.  I went to Starz and they noted that when there is a login problem, the browser cache should be cleared for their site.  I was able to clear them for the 3 external browsers and they work now, but I followed the procedure in this thread and the problem still exists with the internal browser, so something is not working properly.
