    Same here

    Audials 2022 (and 2021) just don't work with Amazon Music HD!

    Please fix it and test before releasing products! Audicable doesn't have this problem for example.
    I've played with Audials 2022 for 2 hours. I've been able to crash the app by answering no on a popup (when switching between "Record while playing" and "Remote control"), and found this huge bug with Amazon Music. Do you guys have a quality assurance team ?

    Hello,
    Yes, indeed, we can confirm this issue and we are really sorry for this inconvenience! Amazon Music made on Friday evening an update to v. 8.8.0.2295 and since then the recording using Audials is no longer properly. We informed already our developers, they are working on a solution, we hope that these days (if not today most probably tomorrow) an update containing the fix will be published for Audials too.

    UPDATE:  Audials 2022 has been fixed with the latest update 10-19-2021,  Thankyou Audials Team at solving the issue.  Amazon HD Plugin works great now!

    Audials 2022 with amazon music is not working. 1st song records fine but then will not connect to and record next songs in the queue. sits there just trying to connect

    Same here. I have to get the URL for each track separately. The URL for a whole album does not work, stops after first track.

    Can you send a few Amazon Music album links you tried to record and it still does not work? we would really like to test further, because we can no longer reproduce this issue

    Add all Pink Floyd albums in one playlist. You'll have 244 songs.
    Use Amazon Music HD.
    Record at normal speed. It might take almost a full day
    Some tracks are skipped, always the last one, with some albums.
    If you try to record them individually using an URL, it still doesn't work. You can record them while listening but then Audials doesn't retrieve the album and the track#

    Thanks for fixing the compatibility issue with the latest version of Amazon HD but there are still some issues,

    On my system it is a problem with queuing / batch recording.
    With every list (HD/UHD) the first track just records fine.
    Any next (waiting) track then stucks at connecting...

    please try to reinstall your Amazon music software and try again. 

    You should also make sure that you have the Audials latest update installed.

    I deleted and reinstalled Amazon Music.
    No change, batch recording stucks at Connecting after the first track.
    Audials 2022.0.100.0
    Streaming Service 3.3.702.0

    I was running Amazon Music version 8.7.0.2277a which was giving me the same issue. Support indicated there was a later version. I found a download for a later version at the following link and this seems to have resolved the issue. Unistall amazon music and try installing this version.

    Hello,
    i have been testing today Audials 2021 and 2022 versions on Win 10 and Win 11 with latest Amazon Music version which in our case is 8.8.1.2303 and it worked just fine for me and the rest of our test department ... please check if any Amazon Music updates are available for you (note that Amazon starts to make their updates public in the beginning for only a small amount of users... only in a few days/weeks it will become available to everyone)

    Thank you, that did the trick for mee, too.
    I had 8.7.0.2277a installed from Windows Store and it said it was the latest version.
    Using your above link I got installed 8.8.1.2303 als a desktop app and my problems are gone.
