No Batch recording from Audials one 2022

The Batch recording does not work on Audials one 2022. When you try to run the batch, the following happens:

1. You are asked for a URL to process, does not look to see what is in your batch list

2. A few seconds later you get the following error "WebView 2 cannot finish its initialsation"

3. And that is as far as you can get.

 

Works find in single record mode.

  I contacted support via the email above, sent the required files, and never heard anything since. Problem has not gone away or solved itself.

  b_hall4, the reported issue was forwarded to the development team, they are investigating it, once they find a solution, the support will provide you an answer. Sometimes the reported issues can not be fixed within a few days, it can take longer, but you will get be informed.

  It has been a month. When do you think the problem will be fixed? When I bought your product, the listed specifications did not state it did not work or would only work for one site at the most.

  I have had a recent update but it did not address the issue above. Are you talking about the next version as in 2023? When should I expect the problem to be fixed and again are we talking about the next version of the program??

  I did send the same question to support@audials.com but never received a response thus posted in here to see if I could get my question answered. Which by the way, when do you estimate a possible solution?  The year 2023 is but a month away.

  The bug was there in 2021 version already ! I have this version and it's the same bug. The urls are recongnized when you click "play & record"
