I purchased Audials Movie 2022. 

It does not install.

First question -- is Audials One 2022 the same as Audials Movie 2022?

Second question -- how do I get refund and purchase the 'better' product?

Third question -- is there an actual support email that I can ask a question of an Audials support person>?

  Hi,

  in order to contact support directly, please consult support@audials.com mail.

  Please install Audials as Administrator (right click on installer file and choose "Run as Administrator"). Moreover, Audials One is the all in one package of all three subproducts Audials Music, Movie and Radio. Consult the upper e-mail in order to ask for a refund.
