Audials One 2021 - Problems with Access
I bought, through Ashampoo, in December 2020, the Audials One program.
It has recently stopped working, it is still installed on my computer but it does not allow me to access it, claiming that it "has expired".
I have already made several contacts with everyone involved in the sale of the program, and none so far has solved the problem.
I wonder if there is any guarantee so that I can get it back and not keep the damage.
I hope to be assisted as urgently as possible.

According to your sent crash reports it seems that you have a rare kind of crash where something related to Windows message processing fails badly, unfortunately we really have no clue what might be causing something like this, because the logs of Audials do not show that kind of info.
Some wild guesses are a bad video card driver (maybe in connection with recent windows updates), an invasive 3rd party application, or a general Windows or hardware issue. But we are sure this is out of our control and no normal bug in Audials.
