Log in Audials doesnt work

Hey Guys, 

i try to log in in my Audials Account. Its not working, so i was trying to reset my password. This is also not possible because the website says allways that a failure was happening. I tried it on different devices everywhere the same. I hope you will be able to help me!

  Have you already tried with another web browser?
