Cannot view any channel just shows https://easyview.eu/watch.php?stream=

I have just installed Audials tv recorder 2021 and it does nothing at all. Every channel just says https://easyview.eu/watch.php?stream="whatever channel" and then register and pay £48 per year. it is pretty pointless so far and has put me off upgrading. Is it a fault or just doesnt work for the UK in the UK?

  I upgraded to the full version which is just as bad, still no sign of my refund
