It goes bad no matter how you look at it, the free version of 2019 went well with YouTube, the 2021 paying goes very bad with all streaming downloads, I have a spotify premium account, a YouTube premium account and an unlimited Amazon music account. I bought the software for work and it goes really bad, really bad. Spotify closes me, after a download it disconnects from spotify and does not connect again, with Amazon the same and with YouTube it leaves the browser without reacting in addition to deactivating the sound card.
My Machine is a Rog Strix B550M E-Gamming motherboard, AMD Ryzen 7 3700X microprocessor, 32 gigs of RAM Corsair 3200Mhz and Nvme Kingston A2000 from a Terrabyte. Where can I request a refund of the money?

    Samr here  Sound very good in free 2019  Than I bought Audials One 2021   Sound very bad I tried to delete and download new version and installed  The soun a little bit better But still not good   What to do???

    Two thoughts, 1st Audials Support is top notch so before considering uninstalling Audials contact and try to work with support.  Uninstalling Audials is more than just using windows app/features remove, you have to use the microsoft tool to clean uninstall Audials, which you need to download.  So uninstall might be the worst option.   I have used that tool with another app, the result I had to completely reinstall windows.  

    2nd thought, Audials had some issues the latest version fixed, however, sound issues might be a Windows Update issue.  Make sure you regularly add restore points, then you can easily roll back before an update and see if that fixed the problem.
