Streaming Service aktualisiert sich nicht

Hallo,

ich habe das Problem, dass mir zwar die aktuelle Version von Audials One angezeigt wird, der Streaming Service aktualisiert sich allerdings nicht auf die neueste Version. Angezeigt wird mir dort:

Audials 2021.0.170.0 vom 12.04.2021
Streaming Service 3.3.390.0
Server: prod-asky03.audials.com/
production_20210325_153938_b50007c3c0fe

Ich habe mehrmals neu gestartet und auch eine komplette Deinstallation und Neuinstallation vorgenommen - hat alles nichts gebracht.

Kann ich das Update irgendwie manuell anstossen? Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

  hallo,mehr oder weniger gleiches problem,mir wird kein update angezeigt..trotz kompletter Deinstallation und Neuinstallation, neu gestartet mit ihrem vorgeschlagenem win programm gelöscht, alles nichts.

  Angezeigt wird mir: Audials 2021.0.170.0 vom 12.04.2021
