Hi Everyone - I am having trouble finding the answer to this question when I search online. Does AUDIALS allow an Amazon Prime user to record Amazon Prime video that includes subtitles? Also, if yes, within my Amazon Prime Video Options, if I have my Amazon Prime video settings to always display subtitles, will AUDIALS record all Amazon Prime Videos with subtitles as "default", or must I manually go in and select "display subtitles" on Amazon Prime video before every AUDIALS video recording? One final questions - is it the same also for other streaming video services such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. (regarding the AUDIALS recording of video with subtitles? Thanks so much for your help with this. -Cfguy

  Hi Cfugy, 

  Audials only records the subtitles from Netflix. You will not be able to record with Audials from Amazon with subtitles for now. But, this feature will be available with the next Audials version, Audials 2022 ! which will be released in September this year.  Thanks !

  So, what you're telling us is, in order to get a fully functional feature we've already paid for, we have to purchase an upgrade to the 2022 version in order to get a something that was supposed to be working all along! A bit of a scam there, don't you think?

  Hello,
  right now in Audials 2021 version the recording of subtitles should work properly only on Netflix using Chrome as browser. For all the other sources the recording of subtitles can be done only using the record from screen feature. For Amazon and the rest of the sources, the request to record subtitles was sent to the development and project manager as a feature request.

  Now on Audials 2022 there's a bug only records subtitles from the default amazon.com. i have an premium account on evernote.es and on that the subtitles aren't recorded...

  I have already done some time ago. But no solution from Support. Audials only supports the default Primevideo.com from USA i have a amazon.es prive video account and on that country the subtitles aren't recorded....
