Leeres Update-Fenster in ONE 2021

Hallo!

Im Programmfenster von Audials ONE 2021 wird mir angezeigt, dass es ein Update gäbe. Nachdem ich den Button angeklickt habe, öffnet sich das Fenster "Audials Update-Center".

Dieses hat aber keinen Inhalt, es ist leer (siehe Screenshot).

Das ist auch bei deaktivierter Firewall so.

Bitte um Lösung.

  https://audials.com/de/downloads

  Plase make sure that you download the latest Audials version from our website:

  https://audials.com/de/downloads

  deactivate your antivirus system during the installation and install Audials with admin rights.
