Audio title error

When I download an audio file from youtube using Audials One 2021 I find that if there is a bracket ( in the title I get this error:

Song Title (Here)

I Get the following:

Song Title (Here) (Here)

Am I doing something wrong?

  Hi nonowt,

  I am not sure how you mean that. Can you please aslo send us a request by email and also attache a printscreen with this title format ?
