audials 2021 issues

i downloaded audials music 2021 and after burning a CD i keep getting the message my key is invalid or expired. i just bought this so anyone know what the heck to do?

Hi gamemastermike82,

(In Audials Options> General> Product Activation> try to delete your Audials serial number, then re-enter your license number ... if you continue to receive an error message, please take a screenshot of it and send it to us by email .... support@audials.com

Won't allow me; a pop-up with an asshole dude knocking on the screen keeps popping up I have purchased twice now and still keeps happening. Is there tech support,what I paid for, accessible?

I purchased a discounted license after verifying previous version. All was working ok, but now asked me to buy again, WHICH I DID, and not still keep getting the obnoxious pop-up stating to buy a license. I uninstalled and when trying to re-install, keep getting pop-=up. help anyone!

If you still get the dialog which does not allow you to add your license key, try to close it from your Windows Taskbar. Then in Audials Options > Account&License you should be able to enter your new purchased license key in order to activate Audials... or while Audials is closed add your Audials license key in the Windows Registry Editor in the following location:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\RapidSolution\Audials_2022\License
