I may be doing things wrong, but the software is advertised as being able to download music and video from spotify and youtube etc.fast, but all i am getting is red exclamation marks and notices saying that i might not be able to download because the site may not allow it. Is it me or is the software just rubbish and i have been ripped off. Using Audials One 2021.

Need clear, easy to follow instructions please

  Hi, how do you use Spotify? Browser or desktop app?

  Please reinstall the drivers.

  Please deactivate your antivirus program briefly and then test.

  You won't get ripped off here. I've been using Audials since version 9. There are always problems, in most cases it is resolved.

  Installiere doch bitte die Treiber neu.

  Deaktiviere doch bitte kurz dein Antivirenprogramm und teste dann.

  Du wirst hier nicht abgezockt. Ich verwende Audials schon seid der Version 9. Es gibt immer wieder Probleme, in den meisten Fällen wird es auch beseitigt.
