Audials Driver Error

I tried installing Audials but when i try to use it the drivers fail

Only message I get is Audials needs a driver installation repair

    Seems similar to the problem I am having. My Audials 2019 stopped working recently (not sure when, but there have been a few Windows 10 updates in the meantime). Won't record Video Streaming (YouTube, either through the shortcut, or pasting the video URL), or Music Streaming (current Spotify app, or "other source" or "continuous recording". Appears to capture (file size value increases), but no recordings available in the recordings list, or in any of the designated storage folders. Uninstalled and re-installed Audials (2019.1.6.0), and restarted PC. No improvement. Got the "driver error" message, so re-installed the drivers through the Settings dialog. Restarted everything again; still not working. I am stuck. Have diagnostic log files available. Anyone else with similar problem?

    win8.1 64 bit Vers 2021 sowie 2020 nicht möglich Treiber laden <-> keine Bildschirmaufnahme möglich

    I dont get that tab to enter drivers manager i just get the tab to reinstall driivers

    Danke, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, dies mit uns zu besprechen.

    Dieses Problem ist uns bekannt. Unsere Developers werden es so schnell wie möglich beheben.

    Yes, than reinstall al drivers and try again. If you also have Windows 8 installed, the driver installation will fails. There are some general problems with the dirverinstallation on windows 8. Our developers will fix this as soon as possible.
