Audials driver manager does not download drivers

Hi

I just bought Audials 2021 and need to install the drivers for the virtual sound card and network recording driver, but nothing happens when I click the buttons.

I have disabled my antivirus/firewall, reinstalled the program and none of it has helped.

I am running windows 8.1 pro

is there a way to download the drivers and install them manually?

where are the files downloaded from the driver manager?

  We currently having issue with the installation of drivers for windows 8.1 platform.

  Our developers will fix this issue as soon as possible.

  Hi Bergstrom,

  Our Developers are still working to find a solution but at the moment no fix has been found for win 8. drivers. Unfortunately we do not known for sure how long it will take to be fixed or if it can be fixed. It only works for windows 7 or 10. So, if you have another PC, with another windows system your Audials license key is active and you can use it also on another device.
