Red exclamation mark on music.

Is anyone having this problem--red exclamation on the song?  Well, although I was told that Audials support doesn't support Mac so why do you have instructions on your site so that people who have a Mac may want to get it...How to use Audials with a Mac?

I followed every step on this article and I have the latest Macbook Pro 2019 with 16gb of ram, 1tb ssd, and a i9 processor and it still doesn't work.  Installed Desktop Paralles, installed Windows 10, Chrome, Spotify, then audials. I was told that the app doesn't have total permission but, as I explained to them, my computer is brand new.  No one else has had or used it but me.

So, in closing, if anyone has had this problem with the red exclamation mark please let me know what you did to solve it.  I can't record anything from anywhere.  It will record but once finished, the exclamation mark pops up and the song will not play.  Any help please?

    UPDATE:  I know some say that turning off you malware software works but it didn't for me since I haven't install any yet.  I did find the solution to my red exclamation mark on song issue.  

    The solution is actually simple.  I compared my desktop version to my laptop settings and found that the storage & output files saving pc was wrong.  So, got to storage & outputs with a magnifying glass close to it. It's located in the wheel on the bottom left side of Audials 2021. Click it and open storage & outputs.  Hover over where it say PC on the floppy disc symbol.  Once there move over to the 3 dots to your left.  Another box pops up, then click options. In here you need to change you audio and video save locations,  Make sure that it is save under user/(whatever your pc is called)/Music.  Same for video then click ok.  Your done.

    Oh and for those with a mac and want this program...get Desktop Parallels.  It will work cause that's what I'm using it on.
