Youtube URL Recording Problems

I have Audials Movie 2020 and have tried recording several Youtube Movies by URL.  I get the error message:  Could not process URL.  Please check your input and try again.  I am able to load these URLs in a browser and the movie plays.  The instructions shown from the error message says review the Youtube streaming steps.  I cannot find such an article in support.  I would like to find out if I need to change a setting.
