How to snapshot the current frame from streaming video?

I would very much like to be able to save a snapshot of the current "frame" or image in the streaming video window (chrome and amazon prime, for example).  Right now, I record a section of the video then go back and use VLC Media Player "camera" button to take the snapshots, which is a lot of work for a screen grab, it seems to me.

Windows 10 built-in, the new snipper app, or 3rd party screen clippers do not do this.  I've even tried the windows "game bar" which claims that it will snapshot from the graphics card memory, but that apparently won't work except when you are actually running a game.

Does anyone know how to do this or if it is on the Audials roadmap?  Thanks!
