    Me too. Had this problem a few months ago. Got it sorted. I just wish if it's not broke they wouldn't fix it.

    Same with me. Everything worked fine for Audials 2018, until Spotify updated (Nov 21, 2020) .

    So. I updated to Audials 2021 , hoping this would fix the track info issues and track separation.

    Now, Audials 2021 says it can't make a connection to Spotify, even though I'm listening to it at 

    the moment. I'm guessing the Spotify update has upset the Audials applecart.

    All we can do is wait for an Audials counter update......

    Presently, I'm unable to connect to Spotify as well. Instead, I get the same aforementioned error message. Tried to make adjustments in "Search plug-in settings" to no avail. Did Audials find a remedy in the meantime?

    Hello,

    I'm still running W7 and I use Audials 2019. Until a few weeks ago when I started Audials it would automatically connect to Spotify, the few times it did not I would do it manually by clicking on the link provided by the Audials program. Presently, for some reason, Audials does not connect me automatically to Spotify any longer, not even manually. I verified the settings and they are correct. Never had this problem before....
