Audials 2021 Does Not Tag Amazon Correctly

AudialsONE 2021 does not automatically tag Amazon music properly--track number and album name are missing. Strangely, if one adds the track number during recording, both the track nuber and album name are tagged correctly, but if no track number of album name is manually added during recording, this data will not be recorded properly. When I try to add either field within the Audials 2021 software after recording is finished, an error message appears stating that this feature is not yet available but will be added in the future. This was never a problem in earlier AudialsONE releases, and so I am forced to use the 2020 version when I cannot sit and manually input this information during recording.

One final problem: track names are cut off short for long track names. This is not noticeable with Classical music, which can have very long track names. Again this was never a problem before! This is all very annoying, and makes me wish for an AudFree Amazon recorder. I have already switched to AudFree for Tidal recording, but I prefer the quality of Amazon HD, so I am still using Audials for the majority of my music recording. If these kinds of annoying problems are not addressed, I will switch when a better alternative appears. I have been an Audials customer for 10 years now, dutifully upgrading regularly, but I am growing disenchanted.

Same problem here. I was told to send them all data und they were just saying: it's a known bug, it will be fixed somewhen.
I wonder if there's a bugtracker.

is there an update for this issue, looks like it has been going on for a long time? just bought this yesterday and not real happy with the lack of tagging.
