Audials 2021 lässt sich nicht installieren

Ich habe mir Audials One 2021 gekauft und kann diese nicht installieren, da immer die Fehlermeldung, das angegebene Konto ist bereits vorhanden. Anschließend wird die Installation abgebrochen. Anschließend habe ich 2020  deinstalliert und nach Regestry Dateien gesucht und diese gelöscht, ohne Erfolg.  Audials One 2020 habe ich wieder Installiert und es arbeitet ohne Fehler. Können Sie mir weiterhelfen, Danke

  Das gleiche Problem habe ich auch. Mail an supportaudials.com  habe ich bereits versendet.

  Mit der Empfehlung des Windows  Trobleshooter hat es wunderbar funktioniert.

  Auch bei mir hat es nach der Nutzung des Windows Troubleshooter problemlos funktioniert.

  Ich habe Windows 7 und AudialsOne 2021. Bei der Installation bleibt das Programm ca. in der Mitte "stecken" ...
