Can Audials 2021 record at normal speed?

The description of Audials 2021 says that it makes the browser play at high speed to record faster. I like to watch the video while I am recording so I don't want to do this. Also, I am worried that if the streaming service sees me frequently downloading faster that I can watch they might get suspicious and block my account.

Can you set Audials 2021 to download at normal speed?

  You can record in normal speed if you desire to do so. The high speed recording is an option available in Audials 2021.

  Thank you for that information. If the software offers me the upgrade again I will consider buying it.
