Can't get Audials one to work

Very disappointed.  I am trying to record video from BBC iPlayer and no matter what I do I can't get it to work.  Tried looking for tutorials on how to make it work but there is very little I can find.

Can't find any contact details for Audials support team, they just seem to point users to this forum.

Unless I can get it to work, I'll be asking for refund.

  Hey Chris sorry to hear about your experience. Have you tried reaching out to Audials through their websites contact form? Sometimes direct communication can yield better results than forums.
