Audials 2020 not working

Hello: A few days ago, I had Audials 2020 working real good. A couple of days went by, and then I noticed Audials 2021 icon on my desk top. I contacted Audials, and the receptionist Andreea, contacted me back. She said that Audials 2020 and 2021, activation  key license , will work on both. I still couldn't get it to work. I had a technician  come over, and he couldn't  get it working either. He sent a zip folder to Audials, with some information. There seems to be a problem with You Tube. I have done every thing in my power, to get Audials 2020 working. I feel that the problem is on your end with Audials My e-mail address is ppaquette503@gmail.com.
