Batch recording Netflix using Chrome

When 1st movie in queue tries to start, it will not be in play mode; play mode arrow button displays but movie wont start till you manually press the play button. It will just sit there for several seconds then skip to the next movie in the queue with same results and go through all the movies in the queue without recording then display 0 of x movies recorded, x errors. If you manually press the play button on the first movie, it will record but no others in the queue. Using Audials 2021, latest version of Chrome, Windows 10. Plenty of memory. Checked all settings and instructions provided by Audials. Tried Firefox but it crashes upon startup without doing anything.

  When I hit play and record queue, it goes to the screen but the button at the top just says "recording starting" with one of those circles like the computer is "thinking" but it never starts. One of the screens in your tutorial for batch recording - I've never even seen it.
